    • Non-judicial foreclosures

    The applicable process depends on the property’s state and loan structure.

  • Simply click “Submit a File” and complete the secure intake form. Upload your loan documents once, and we handle routing and coordination from there.

  • Common documents include:

    • Mortgage or Deed of Trust

    • Default or demand notices

    • Assignments

    • Title or preliminary report (if available)

    If additional documents are needed for a specific state, we’ll let you know.

  • Once a complete intake is submitted, files are typically reviewed and routed within one business day.

  • Yes. Accelerate provides a central point of contact so you are not chasing multiple vendors or jurisdictions.

  • You will receive updates at key milestones and when material developments occur. If questions or issues arise, we flag them early so you can make informed decisions.

  • Yes. Accelerate identifies bankruptcy as a risk flag and coordinates the appropriate next steps. If legal strategy or court involvement is required, you may request attorney support through Geraci LLP under a separate engagement.

  • Accelerate is designed to identify complexity early. For files involving litigation, probate, junior liens, or other legal concerns, lenders may request access to Geraci LLP for legal analysis and representation, if appropriate.

  • No. Legal involvement is optional. Accelerate provides coordination services regardless. If you request legal support, Geraci LLP is available through a separate engagement.

  • Pricing depends on the scope and complexity of the coordination services requested and the state involved. Legal fees, if any, are separate and governed by Geraci LLP’s engagement agreement.

  • No. Submitting a file to Accelerate does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only if and when a separate engagement agreement is executed with Geraci LLP.

  • Yes. Accelerate uses secure systems and protocols to protect lender and borrower information throughout the intake and coordination process.

  • Yes. Lenders with multiple files or portfolios are encouraged to contact us to discuss bulk or ongoing coordination arrangements.

  • You can still submit your file. Accelerate will triage the default and help identify appropriate next steps based on the state, loan status, and lender objectives.
